The end of the academic year is coming, and we all know that doesn’t only mean sunny weather and happy days, but also a lot of stress! There are several remedies for this. You could choose to drink your problems away, but maybe you prefer trying to become a bit more mindful by meditating, or maybe by doing yoga?

We from the Accie want to help you survive these last months in a stress-free state of mind and therefore we bring to you a combination of both remedies: BEER YOGA!

Green grass, (hopefully) great sunny weather, a yoga lesson by our own STUFF praeses Elisa Jai and some beer along the way! This seems to be the perfect recipe for a great afternoon with your fellow stuffmates. 

The entrance will be FREE, but we’d like you to bring your own beverages and yoga mat/towel. This means that, of course, you can also decide to skip the beer and go for some lemonade instead :)
